Lead Well Strategic Consulting (Lead Well) is a leadership and organizational development consulting firm. Lead Well provides strategic assessment, change management and leadership development initiatives among other interventions. Founded in 2019 by by two leadership development specialist with a therapeutic skillsets, Lead Well is developing a distinguished reputation with mid-sized and large companies, non-profits and educational institutions.

Airlea Williams, LCSW is the cofounder and principal consultant with Lead Well. She holds Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified coach, trainer and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership team.

As an independent licensed clinical social worker she uses her expertise to lead social change and innovation improving work environments for individuals, groups, families, organizations and communities.

She works directly with corporate CEO’s, executive teams, agency administrators, and senior officials to build strategies, provide executive coaching and strategic thinking, facilitate challenging discussions, and achieve the organization’s vision. 

Airlea lives in Indiana with her husband and business partner, Ian Williams along with their two young children, Ian Jr., and Idris.

Ian Williams, MAOP is the Co-founder and Chief Leadership Officer of Lead Well. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and is a certified coach, trainer and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership team. 

As an organizational and leadership development specialist, Ian has led leadership workshops and training to develop core business, leadership, and diversity strategies leading to effective and sustainable change.

Ian has worked with a diverse clientele in corporate operations, community leadership, non-profit and educational institutions.  

As a native of Southern Indiana, Ian lives in New Albany with his wife and business partner, Airlea “Lea” Williams, and their two young children, Ian Jr., and Idris.
